If your intent is to beef up your success with a large helping of momentum then feast on this story.

McDonald's revamped its menu by announcing their new Adult Happy Meals prepared with salad, bottled water and a pedometer.

But did you know these new Happy Meals have more calories than a standard cheeseburger?

McDonald's salads stuffed with crispy chicken and ranch dressing have 600 calories or more and 10.5 grams fat. While a cheeseburger has 330 calories and 14 grams of fat.

It gets even worse if you look at all the fast-food salads.

A Taco Bell Taco Salad with Salsa has 790 calories, 15 grams of fat and 1,670 milligrams of sodium.

All this is food for thought, isn't it?

All of a sudden Happy Meals are more sad than fun. But it doesn't have to be that way.

Most people will overlook that these same Happy Meals come with it a bit of advice.

The Meals will give instructions to you on how to exercise. Since many experts say this is really the best tool for weight control it turns out the advice is healthier than the food!

Let's stop here to say something about advice...or should I say here IS some advice from a wise man.

You know him as Confucius.

Today I've learned that Adult Happy Meals are not so healthy. Now I'll eat something else.

In doing so I've really in a way eaten my first SUCCESS MEAL.

I'll eat success meals everyday of the week!
